Deer Butchering?

I always butcher my own, I like knowing what I'm getting & am very picky about proper care. I debone the deer, keep several roast, grind some burger, make some jerky, take some to have bolongna & peper sticks made & can the rest. Canning is great, the meat last forever & you can do a viriety of things with it, very good!
 
Nothing beats a couple cases of Miller Lite and group of a couple guys that like to chop up deer, drink beer and B.S. I can almost smell the burnt hair and meat hanging. Man I love that.
