Deer meat milo locker

i will be taking some deer to the Milo locker today. I have never used that locker before. anybody have any reccomendations on what to order there or any must try’s for deer meat? Looks like they have a decent selection.
 
I like their deer sticks, heard good things about their breakfast sausage too. Haven't tried all of sticks but pepperjack, cheddar and honey BBQ are my go to's lately. Gets pricey quick though.

I've had several deer there. Cheddar sausage is awesome, the deer bacon is really, good, and my favorite sticks are the BBQ.
 
Milo locker has been sold, sale was announced Sunday. Here is a little bit from the news article.

But then, they (current owners) are not completely putting up their feet yet. The couple has agreed to continue working at the locker as general managers next year as the new owners, Won Yang and Powell Chase, learn the ropes. Chase hails from California, where he has a young family, and Yang splits his time between Texas and South Korea, where his wife and children live.

I can't imagine absentee owners will be as invested into the community as current owners. Nor, will prices stay level as the new buyers have to split profits two ways and recoup their purchase price at the same time.

weird, i just looked this up on their facebook page. Idk, just dont see these new owners, that arn't even from here, doing very well with this. Hope I'm wrong, but something tells me this is the beginning of the end of the milo locker, atleast as we know it.
