After butchering a button buck (boned out), I froze the entire deer in 2 large bags. Basically, it's one large frozen block of meat. Any good ideas on safely thawing? I'd like to do some processing this week. Not sure about the fridge as I don't think my wife would like an entire deer in there.

Thanks. It's in the tub floating in cold water. Time to start prepping for jerky and sausages. :)
