Delay and Reveb Pedals on a Budget?

I'm looking to get a delay and a reverb pedal, but don't want to break the bank. Ideally, I don't want to spend more than $60 on each. Saw a review of some Mooer delays and they looked promising, but wasn't too keen on their reverbs. As for those, I'd like something that more or less comes close to the type used on Sabbath's first album. New or used doesn't matter either. Just swamped with options atm, and am looking to cut through all the option fatigue.
