Although I see a very small amount of good from the new regs, I'm afraid they have opened pandora's box on this one. There are now huge dollar signs flashing which are covering up the overall good of the deer heard 3-5 years from now. Double the amount of out of state tags = more money = needing more money = more tags = where does it end? Once again, they missed the point. You want more dead deer, give away free tags. Heck, I'll even pay for them, and I do, but it always comes back to more money. I'm afraid that we seem to be a minority behind the big companies saying they need less deer because of the expense of deer v. car accidents and the landowners who lose crops.
