Sat in the blind Sat. morning with a buddy of mine that has been having a lot of tough luck this year. At about 20 to 6 three hens stepped into the field and started feeding around the decoys. Heard a gobble in the ditch behind us but couldn't pin point the bird. A few minutes later he was hung-up within 5 yds behind the blind spitting and drummin like crazy. Still not visible. It took some time but he finally couldn't take it and showed himself to our right. He put on quite the show for the decoys.
I wanted so bad to knock my buddy out and kill this bird with the bow. It was all so perfect. Oh well he got a great bird and I got some pretty awesome video.
