What would be your dream hunt?

Mine would be for a friend and I to hunt Cape Buffalo in Africa. With bow and muzleloader. A friend of mine just got back recently from there and shot one with his bow. Quite a rush I hear.

I don't think I'm quite as brave as you Shovelbuck.

I dream of an three week Alaska combo hunt with my bow. Tags for Caribou, Elk, Moose and Bear. Fly-in with a lodge for base camp. The lodge would have a big stone fireplace with a fire crackling every night. Since I'm dreaming, the Bud girls would be there to serve refreshments and for rub downs and such, at the end of the days hunt.

Ok.....so I got a little carried away.

kodiak/brown bear spot and stalk hands down during the salmon spawn. of course now that i see shovels pictuer and idea i would think that'd be a cool hunt also.

I guess mine would be a fall totally devoted to Hunting elk in several different areas followed by Whitetail hunting starting in Iowa the last week of october and going to several different states and ending the hunts in Saskatcewan Canada. Not as exotic as some of the others here but would be awesome for me. As far as what Ghost said about the Bud girls, I concure only they have to be frisky and naked at all times

My DREAM hunt will look kinda sad I'm sure to you all on this site. But I love hunting Monster whitetails. Being from Vermont my greatest dream would be to hunt two weeks of rut on a private farm in Iowa and then Kanas for two.
I know this is something most of you do at least in Iowa every year but for me being from Vermont its just a DREAM!

I'd have to say a 2 week pack hunt during the rut for elk in Montana or Wyoming. It's not nearly as exotic as Shovel's cape buffalo, but I don't want to have to worry about getting trampled! (I have to worry about that enough in my line of work.) As far the Bud girls, that would just be icing on the cake. The backcountry is about as close to heaven as a person can get. To have those angels there, then it would be HEAVEN!

Im with ghost the last frontier of Alasks is where i would be,hunten Grizz,Moose,Barren Ground Cairubo,Polar bear,Muskox and what ever other big game was there,and the bud girls.

I think I agree with mxz. I just watched "Prime Time Bucks 7" and "6" and to watch some of the pros get that emotional, It's awesome!

I would have to say a grizzly hunt in Alaska. I have hunted black bear 4 times in Canada and I can't imagine what it would be like hunting a grizzly. More of a rush I'm sure.

was watching the outdoor channel and may have come up with close 2nd. grand slam bowhunt for the bighorn sheep of north america. have to throw in a bison hunt to top it off too.

Hey Muddy, Looks like you have got it down pat, If I were you I'd think about grand slam on waterfowl. I bet you would be the first. Of course you woud have to include the Bud girls in there somewhere.
