Drop-Aways ??

I am all ears on what some of you think are the better Drop-Away's to consider. I just got my Ross 337 delivered today and I will most likely attempt to switch from fingers to release this off-season. My Hoyt Aspen w/ fingers has a Whisker Biscut and I have no complaints with that rest. Just thought I might also consider a different rest with the newer bow. I am mainly looking for the most forgiving set-up I can put together overall.

Trophy taker here Brent I would also look at the Spot Hogg Whammy.

There are a ton of great drop away rests on the market now

The NAP QT is quite the reliable rest! never had any problems with it at all! may be a bit pricey... but its most definitely worth it!!!

Well I love the full containment rests like the Bisket but I love drop aways, so I decided to try the

QAD Ultra Rest Pro LD and have had them on 3 different bows now, love them for spotting and stalking.

If you like fully contained rests and like drop aways, trophy taker has a new Trophy Taker FC and it is a neat idea. You have to load your arrow through an angled slot to get it on the rest and once you do and it is nocked there is no way it can fall off. That is what is going on my new Mathews.

Guaranties are great but they cant replace a buck of a life time. $85 thats a good price though. $110 for my Drop Zone

True. You should have it shooting bullet holes before you go out hunting. I would put a spot hogg product up against anything trophy ridge makes.

I said nothing about thier sites I dont care for them. I try to spread it around a little bit. Not may would handle a twenty foot (or more) drop.

Because of a past experience I will never by another TR product again. Not saying that some of their products aren't good, but their sights and their customer service is horrible, IMO.

Just to be difficult I'll say that this was result of a hitting a tree limb after a 25+ foot fall. That being said, I do agree that after seeing spotthoggs in person that they're superior products, and their price tags prove it! Good thing I've been saving up.

I hate to admit it, but mine has survived a fall from my tree stand.
