I've been trailcamming on the same property for 8 years now and this is the first and second droptine I've ever gotten a picture of or seen for that matter, on this property.

That's neat! I love drop-tine bucks. My Dad freaks out if there's any Buck with a drop tine even if it's a small Buck or small drop-tine. Love the last pic.

Man I would love to harvest a drop tine buck.

Here is the only true drop tine buck I have gottin pix of. This was two years ago. I would love to see him now if he is still alive.

I agree w/ 180, looks like velvet damage to me on that first one

I thought so too at first, but in these two pics the main beam extends past the drop. I could be wrong, I guess we'll see if I get hardhorn pics of him.

I used to hunt a farm that my buddies and I nick-named 'The Droptine Factory'....ahhh I had some good times there!

Gotta love the drops. 3 yrs ago we had a buck that had 3 drops on 1 side. Since then there's usually a couple running around.

That is good to know. I didn't know a drop was genetic. Thought it was just a fluke from damage or previous injury.
