Dropping the Half

I wonder where the .5 originated from? I mean, I don't claim to be 24.5....

I'm working on getting this legislated into law. Got some senators & house members on board. Use any .5 in description- $500 fine! Repeat offenders is jail time.

I was always taught to round up after I got to .5.

So 3 year olds are fair game.....

So is that deer 2.5 years old or 3.5 years old.

If you drop that you've got to round down. You can't call a 2.5 year old a 3 year old he won't be 3 until the following spring.

I think it is safer to just spell it out. Its a four and one-half year old deer.
