Last year in the summer I was able to get a giant typical spotted (that i later named Duece) in a bean field and later got him on camera. I harvested a deer in 2008 that i believe is his twin during the late muzzleloader season.

During the 2009 season knowing he had to be close i went in after him on November 16 and in fact had Duece right off the bat in the morning at 60 yards. He was guarding his doe from another buck i recognize from trail camera which i had named the short stack 10. The following morning a moved stand locations and got set up and had Duece at 40 yards chasing a doe. I couldnt believe this could actually come together. The morning slowed down and I spotted the short stack 10 coming into my decoy. I harvested the short stack 10 that morning ending my pursuit for Duece that fall. This summer i have moved trail camera after trail camera to try and find Duece and was unsucessful. Well i just checked my cameras today and i got what i think is Duece!
Needless to say I am pumped to be hunting this whitetail this fall. Let me know if you think its the same deer and what he would score he is 5 1/2 this year mature deer for sure!
