Easiest way to open up tree canopy

I discovered the quickest and easiest way to open up your canopy and make a nice open oak ridge thicker and 100 percent better for bedding and cover.

Just have one of these guys drive around it for a week or so haha.

In all seriousness just finished up timber sales on my 2 farms this year and I could not be more pleased with the results. Big open oak flats that looked like a state park now have cover with all the tops and the canopy is open letting so much more sun hit the ground.
Going to run a fire thought them this spring and see what happens hopes are high!

FYI...if you are near Iowa City...I have a legit sawmill AND a kiln to dry the lumber.

If you run fire through won't you burn up tops?I left mine and wish I could do it again.Invasives could come on but a fire may not help with those this year.

I doubt it’ll get hot enough to burn up all the big tops they will be full of water the next year or so. I have a lot of rose that needs knocked back with the fire this year
