What size are the arrows? Are they pre fletched or bare shafts?

They haven't been cut at all. Full length. They have 4 inch vanes on them. Comes with inserts.

Are they 340s, or 400s etc., Im interested in some 340s if that is what they are?

thanks cooter they are the 400. I bought them wanting the camo ones which are 9.8. So now i need to sale them.
