Elk in Iowa(proof)

Sure elk would do some crop damage but I would put up with it just to have some in Iowa .

Is he out of velvet? When would an elk around here shed velvet?

The elk at the state fair was peeling velvet and a lady there said all her elk on her farm had shed velvet already.
