My bet is it won't be until well after the election. It certainly won't happen in 2024 and we'd be lucky for the first half of 2025. I got an email from PF that there were meetings about it but that's far from having any details sured up, voted on, and in place.
I suspect they will just extend the 2018 farm bill.... again. Its supposed to be 5 years between farm bills. We will be at 7 next year. Ridiculous!
