Fawns Still Have Their Spots...

Hey guys...I'm no expert but the full moon was on 9/2 which means mid day movement 11 'til 1pm.. If what ya'll are saying is true for the large # of spotted fawns then the hot weather in early Nov. supressed the height of rutting activity to the night hours, hence the large # of unbred does-cycled in to early Dec. breeding. This happened all across the 40th parallel from what I have noticed. I had a horrible Illinois hunt @ the same time--No daytime rutting activity. We won't even bother to go if the weather is poor.? Also I'd like any ideas if someone thinks the buck to doe ratio may be getting a little high in these areas and the rut is not as efficient in those overpopulated areas.eg...does going unbred for the peak of activity...or maybe a combo of the two? Here in the south the overpop and low buck/doe ratio don't help...I'd love some thoughts on this..Thanks
