Whats the best feeder to use for creating a shed catching area?
Do you find it effective at spreading out alfalfa hay around feeder?

What are some ideas here?

That one pictured is a 1,200 lb trophy feeder https://www.trophyfeeders.com/

No complaints. There are several other similar options. You can also look at spin feeders on timers if you prefer to meter the feed.

We run Big Tine Feed BT40. If you are feeding tons (literally), you can have stuff mixed bulk, but you have to have a transport and loading equipment. Purina antlermax makes a good product but its very pricy. We been happy with the BT40.

(I'm not a fan of running straight corn)
