Fertilizer for Sunflowers?

I've got a bunch of sunflowers that were planted a week or two ago, and they're all starting to sprout now. Is there any benefit to hitting them with a little bit of fertilizer? If so, what would I put down? Soil was tested last year, and appropriate amounts of P&K were put down, along with lime, but I have not done anything this season.

If you took care of your soils last year, and It was all correct, you don't need to fertilize them. Although it could help them grow quicker if your worried about that.
