Tonight while scouting I was watching two little 1 1/2 YO bucks fight for about five minutes when at the exact same time a 3 and a 4 YO came running in. Neither one got involved but came right up to them and then both walked off after watching for awhile. I was surprised to see two bucks come in like that considering the fight was nothing aggressive.

Like others have said on this site the deer will probabally be curious to see Whats going on.

I saw something very similar except they were two 3 year olds. They are in a form of sparring. Won't get into the rough stuff until late October, early November. This "sparring" is almost like a form of deer scouting out there competition for the rut, hence the two older deer running in to check out the younger bucks fighting.

Watched a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old go at it on Monday night. It went on for a while then right towards the end I finally remembered my phone had a camcorder. Dummy me. It was pretty neat to watch.
