Fire damaged trees

Couldn’t find a good place for this question, but I’m sure somebody in here knows.

The ditch took off a little faster than i was anticipating and singed the evergreens pretty good.

Are these now everbrowns or will they recover?

My very unofficial opinion, after onetime seeing a neighbor singe his similar looking trees with a burn of his...I agree with IBH. Maybe one survivor there, but otherwise toast. FWIW, none other Doubletree himself saw that site while visiting with me at my place back in the day...and I will always remember his words that day..."Looks like your neighbor fricasseed his trees.". None of them survived, FWIW, he was right.
