Did you know that Iowa loses over 35 millon a year in firework tax revenue my not legalizing it so I have been talking to some state reps about trying to get fireworks legal in Iowa . I have puposed that the tax revenue goes to the schools and that we have a 10 dollar license that you have to buy every year and those proceeds go to the DNR . I was wondering what everybody else thought of this idea most of the people I have talked to believe it could work let me know

Can't put it much better than TeeRoy.
I bought me some MO fireworks last week, also hit a dove with my truck...I don't smoke or I might have made the trifecta.
I like your thoughts, I wonder if anyone will entertain them? Written properly, I'd support it.
