Had a day off so i decided to check out the hunting grounds. Im living in Nauvoo, Illinois now so im hunting a piece in Central Illinois that a guy is letting me try out. Very nice of him. He only shotgun hunts. No one has been on the ground since last January, other than farmers, so i went out and kept my distance. Didnt even bring the bow. I sat up on a grassy hillside and watched over a bean field. I got video of 12 skinheads and 2 bucks from 530 to sundown. One of the bucks was making a scrap along a the bean field. The other buck was chasing 2 does and i got video of them crawling under a barbed wire fence, Pretty cool watching them run around. I also got video of a doe with BLACK ears. Anyone ever seen such a thing?
