FISHING ‘24! GO!

Went up to Alaska Late May for a bear/fishing trip combo. I caught my first Halibut, as well as several other different species of fish. Had a blast up there kicking myself that I just now discovered Alaska at 53. Already have two more trips planned one for 25 and one for 26. Here's my biggest Halibut from the trip.

Went up with the family to the Canada Lake of the Woods for some R&R. Little guy had a blast, spent most of the time playing in the minnow bucket, and loved napping on boat rides. Walleye fishing was pretty good, it was just a little slow since it was sunny and calm most of the time.

Quick weekend trip to the future in-laws in West Michigan. Limited to a kayak, but landing several smallmouth and a couple coho's from it was a riot!

Probably because they’re in my freezer since I had to clean them!!!!
