floating landowner turkey tags

I always buy a landowner fall turkey tag to keep in my pocket during deer season. I noticed this year that it says "good for all seasons "on the tag. Is this new or did I just not notice it before? Do the spring landowner tags float as well?
Turkeys aren't really my thing, so I haven't paid close attention.

usually, I would choose between a bow only tag or a gun/bow combo. The bow only season is longer. It looks like this tag is good for both.

Haven't bought a fall tag in years. Don't care to mess with them while focusing on deer.

Only turkey I bought was youth & I recall if u got that early enough- I think that tag floated. My GUESS would be - landowner turkeys are floating as well based on how they changed the youth tags & landowner deer tags.
