R rutnbuck Guest Jan 17, 2002 #2 Don't mean to steal Blind Sows thunder but yes you can lease your property if it is enrolled in the CRP program. Land that is enrolled in the Forest Reserve Program cannot be utilized for profit making endevours and cannot therefore be leased.
