Frost seeding clover

Would this weekend (2-17) be a good time to frost seed clover or is it too early? It appears that next week will be in 40s - I wonder if the snow will go quickly in the warm temps. Thanks for your input.

I guess it would depend on the amount of snow (if any)...but it's not to early IMO.

I don't like to frost seed on snow at all but a light covering isn't a big deal.

If you have a lot of snow and then get a quick warm up and/or rain your seed can end up places you didn't plan on

Timing wise...any time over the next 30 days should be fine. Preferably when the ground is freezing at night and thawing in the day time.

No problem with the "freezing at night part"..
