FRUSTRATION = Temptation

WEll after a long season of hard hunting and I finally gave in. I was hunting yesterday morning and as 8 pointer was around me all morning i passed on hime 4 times. I couldnt do it any more. Wanting to get out and bird hunt and the frustrating rut made me whack him. He is just a little basket rack, but I have scored. I passed up deer all year two times bigger. What can I say, its not always about the antlers I guess. It was a great hunt, him chasing does all mornning. I passed two bucks bigger than him earlier in the morning

Its been a great year and now i am taking the rucurve out to stick some does.

Oh yeah, waking up to snow this morning, was kind of a kick below the belt too. What can ya do????

Know how you feel. I was frustrated last weekend and was ready to drop a small 6, but he didn't even cooperate, so I still have a tag. Hopefully it will pay off this weekend.
