I am not much good to anyone in the kitchen. I love cooking on the grill, but thats about it. While at the Sports Show in KC back in Jan. I ran across a booth selling seasonings and stuff. I got to talking to them and found out they are from Iowa. So I decided to try out some of their wild game breading and let me tell you, this stuff is awesome. For a guy that can't cook worth a darn, my friends and my boy are constantly begging me to fry up some catfish or some back straps. Just thought I would pass along these folks website for those of you who are as challenged as I am in the kitchen. Plus you would be supporting an Iowan business with your purchase. No I don't own their stock and am not profitting from this infomercial. I just love their seasonings.

I love their breading I have been using it for a while. Jerky seasoning is good too.

Definatly good breading, tried it on just dill pickle slices at a vendors booth couple years ago. Fried up about a hundred crappie fillets with it shortly there after,WOW!

But it is kinda hard to mess up crappie fillets...
