That is definately an Illinois tag. That pic was e-mailed to me by a friend, supposedly shot near Ava. That is in Southern Illinois and has a lot of reclaimed mine ground which has a history of producing monsters. Not sure I could keep myself together if I saw that coming. I also heard he scored around 205.
