Hearing Protection

I was out duck hunting on Sunday and had a great time but the amount of shooting reaked havoc on my ears. I was wondering if you guys use any kind of ear protection when you are duck hunting? If so, what would you recomend that allows for quite conversation but also protects your hearing?

I do when hunting ducks just because of the close proximity of guns and ears. I slip them in my ears before the top gets fipped open and keep them in until the shooting stops then take them back out.

I also wear ear protection while trap shooting.

huh I can't hear you too much shooting last weekend..NOT

I would really recommend wearing the little plugs while hunting/ I wear muffs while target shooting. Hearing is to important in my book to lose, besides all the loud music took a toll on it when I was young
