I moved and my e-mail address is no longer valid and I cannot remember my password. Got tired of lurking so I registered under a second name Iowa-1)but I would sure like to get my old name Iowa1 back and I probably have a ton of private messages that I can't get to.

Is there any hope for me?

I ended up not deleting your new moniker and kept it but you should be able to login as Iowa1 now. Yes I would empty your cache and close your browser.
