Help or sugestions...

I have a mount in my office at work from a buck I shot 3 years ago. The problem is the skin is cracking from the tear duct up to the eyeball. Any sugestions on what I can do to stop it from going any farther?

Looks like the paint is just cracking, I would suggest having the taxi that did it to airbrush it again. I got one that did that.
