Help with soil test results

I just got some results back for a few of my plots and have some questions. First off the plots will be in clover and both are currently at 6.6 for Ph. The results say 40 lbs of p per acre and 45 of k per acre. Now this might sound like a stupid question but do I go to my coop and get 40 lbs of straight p and 45 lbs of straight k and mix them together? Help me out with the fertilizer if you could. Thank you

I'd put down 3 or 4 bags per acre of 6 24 24 and call it good.

Should I spread the fertilizer today when I spray or wait 2 weeks to when I till?

Just received my final test. It came on with a ph of 6.0 and recommends 30 lbs per acre of phosphorus. Any recommendations on a fertilizer to use?
