Thanks for all tips on the homemade stix’s! I made my first 5 lbs. batch on yesterday.....they were great. I do have a few ?’s for you.
1. I do you use the teriyaki jerky brine mix to make stix or something else. The pepper stix mix is very good but next time I will add more heat to the batch. I'm 18 month old loves the stix's. I think he ate 3 yesterday.
2. Does your batch become very sticky?
3. Do you use a sausage stuffer or an attachment to a grinder?
