HF 73 Gun transfers

I'm not sure on this bill but I think it is an attempt to close the so called gun show loop hole.

I'm sure this is on a lot of other sites as well as here but I thought the more that are aware the better. Plus may be someone could confirm that this is indeed trying to close the "loop hole".

I am not going to go to a FFL dealer to transfer a Firearm to a friend or relative that I know is not a Felon and pay them $35 or whatever fee to transfer a Firearm.

We recover dozens of stolen guns every year, an additional law will not stop this. Criminals don't obey laws.
