Please enlighten us all on why they send C130s (hurricane hunters) into the eye of the storm. With sources of course.Operation Popeye (1967-1972): The US Air Force conducted a highly classified weather modification program, "Operation Popeye," during the Vietnam War. Other programs existed as well.
The operation was declassified and unveiled, leading to the 1977 Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), which banned the use of weather modification as a weapon of war
Why do you think they send c 130s into the eyes of storms. They’re doing more than measuring wind speed. Of course the G will tell you it’s an attempt to help you. lol. Ie diminish hurricanes etc. There are other reasons.
As with most classified operations, information warfare is at the forefront and so is when "declassification" occurs. Easily to redact documents these days or retype a document on a typewriter for the old school days.
As many are aware...items on smart phones are algorithmes to align with beliefs and easily spoofed by A I. to make one believe they are accurate in their beliefs.
Only people that really know the truth, are the people doing the mission because even post mission items are omitted in the "best" interest of the narrative.
