Hey guys. I'm going to be headed up to Hidden Acres by Dayton, IA for their annual Sportsmen's Retreat. My friend is the director there and says that it is awesome. Would love to have a whole Iowa Whitetail Forum contingent this year. Here is their description of the retreat.
Do you enjoy the outdoors? Would you rather be outside than stuck in the office? Then whether you are new to the outdoors or a veteran, this retreat is for you! The Sportsmen’s Retreat is one of our largest retreats of the year and we have all kinds of stuff going on for you to be a part of the year and we have several activities in which you can participate. Shooting ranges for archery, rifle, pistol, muzzleloader, clays, and more are open 24 hours a day.
Door prizes, silent auctions, and a buy-sell-trade are all part of this amazing weekend. Our speaker for the weekend will be Terry Baxter. He will bring the Word of God to outdoorsmen all through the weekend. Don’t forget to bring some of your own wild game to the kitchen when you arrive – our cooks will use it in Saturday’s wonderful Wild Game Feed!
And, as always, consider participating in out Chili Cook-Off. The winner receives a free registration to next year’s Sportsmen’s Retreat. We promise that you will not regret making the trip.
