How late to mow clover/chickory?

When is the last time I should mow my clover plot?

I usually mow mine around Labor Day, depends on the conditions.

If conditions are in your favor, we always mow the middle part of Sept. Keep your chicory at 6-8inches, that leaves them that nice juicy stem to chomp on
