How to get ahold of Tecomate?

I hunt days ending in Y
I've had a order since last month and they have charged my CC on Mar. 23. I still have no idea when my order will be shipped. How do you get ahold of them? I've tried their number from the website but all you get is a recording on how to order something. I received confirmation by email but can't reply. Are they always this bad? Thanks
 
You might try a Tecomate rep. I've never ordered from them myself.

That type of thing is why I order from a place like Welters...when I call there I talk to a person and get first class service

Thanks for the help midwestfoodplots. I have left a message also with no reply. They won't answer the phone. No email. Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks I'll try one of those numbers. Midwestfoodplots sent me an email.He has been helping me. They had sent the order and it was delivered somewhere on April 4. I just have to get ahold of them to reship. I had no idea it was shipped. Thanks again.
