Here's an idea. Don't have a season when shooting a shed buck would be an issue. A doe hunt in the middle of Jan running through the end of it?? Whoever thought that time of the year is good for shooting doe should have their heads checked.

Sounds like willie is starting to get a little worried about this whole late season brain storm of his... Maybe they will rethink this before next year.. We can only hope....
I think your right Mark, I wouldn't want to know just how many bucks get shot even WITH antlers. It's going to be shoot first and check after you can bet.

The first year Kansas had their extra season I know a group of doe hunters that killed 3 big mature bucks on one small push. 3 deer come out,3 deer go down.
