The deer that is.

Opening day success on this 6 1/2 year old that I had multiple years of history with. Put on 20+ inches between 5 and 6 scoring 192". Put trail cam pics from last two years below


You cannot ask for better weather conditions for this time of year and the deer were on their feet early. This is the largest bodied deer I have ever taken. Wish I had a scale.

I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again. I'll take an October cold front on green food over the rut all day.

I weigh 205. I'm telling ya that deer was 300#. The short drag was horrible and getting him in truck was very difficult.
