This is bringing in feed not grown on sight. I will add a separate question for mowing corn.

Absolutely…Huge loophole and guys abuse it. It’s very difficult to bust guys baiting during the season and hunting near it.

The wardens say you actually have to catch them hunting over it or it fails in court. The 200 yard rule is where the cheaters get away with it. Banning it altogether would eliminate the gray area.
