Injured Deer

This deer made it through the blizzard. I don't know if its a doe or Buck. It looks like the Right front leg has been shot. If it is a buck this fall would his rack be disfigured from the stress?
What would you do?

i think its a doe. they are amazing though arent they.

If a buck has been wounded it will usually grow abnormally on the opposite side of the wound. Thats if it has any broken bones I think.
