What is interesting is that the location says Massena and that is only 15 miles from me and I don't know ANYBODY with 20,000 acres around here.Would like to know who it is...
 
I can only remember one guy from North Carolina that owned land in Iowa.

He has ground leased in Adams and Adair County. It is not a single 20,000 acre track, it is split up!
 
This whole thing reminds me of the "poaching with a mouse" thread that was here some time ago. Another reminder that you have to be careful what you put out on the net cause someone's likely to run off with it.
 
The email to the high bidder must have scarred him. There has been a bid retraction. There were 11 bids, now there are only 9.

ps. google has a cool feature where you can just enter a phone number and find out all sorts of stuff.

I'm not sure about this. If we have regulations and rules established for Outfitters then we are recognizing them as a group. If they form an organized group then they could possibly gain more power. My thoughts.....
