ok, dont' ask me how, but my buddy told me this:

"for whatever reason, our internet providers DNS servers haven't propagated the domain name onto themselves" and then "have to look it up the old fashioned way"

and then told me to type this number into your web address browser.

what he did, i'm not sure, but it worked for me, i can get to the site now.
