Iowa's Late Season Muzzleloading

For me the Late Muzzleloading Season is a last chance to attempt to fill my freezer with my “Either Sex Bow Tag” & my Late ML tag.

I have always liked the Late ML season, especially if there is a lot of snow and the weather is COLD.

Now I know the above conditions are hard on wildlife, but they are great for hunters.


Hopefully on January 11<SUP>th</SUP> the snow all melts and the weather turns much warmer.

This will be my first year going late muzzleloader. I have alwas gone early, or during first shotgun season. I also still have a doe tag for my bow. wish me luck
