Is this normal

My boy killed a doe last night with a ML. I could tell he made a good shot so we started tracking her after ten minutes. Once we found her we went to the truck and drove down to her. She looked like she had a big gut and when I was gutting her I found her stomach was full of air as if she had set out overnight. Everything else appeard to be OK. I just thought it was a little strange.

very common.she may have ate alot and had alot gas build-up,and may have sucked alot air when running off which can fill the stomache.
