Ahhh...ok. I was talking about my computer being slow, but it looks like i spawned some rather interesting banter. Even a few copycat threads.
Nobody probably wants to listen to this now, but i figured out why my computer was slow. My son downloaded a couple programs, Windows Live Messenger, and Windows Live Toolbar. For all his messenging needs. He's 18, you know how that is. It has been acting up since he was on it a month ago. I uninstalled those programs and now it's back to being as fast as it ever was. It's amazing how a Microsoft program can do so much to slow your computer down. He has had other messenging programs that seemed to slow down my computer before. I don't know what it is about those programs.
