It's amazing to me how big a bass in the 4-5lb. range can seem when you catch it, but how a REAL HAWG just dwarfs them. Here's a few comparison shots just for kicks.

Those are some hawgs. What do you think the biggest one weighs in at?

Well the bottom one taped out at 24 inches long x 24 inches around believe it or not, and scaled at 9lbs. Wether it's actually that heavy or not I'm not sure, but I tested my scale with a 10lb dumbell when I got home and it was right there. The second fish from the top seems bigger even though it's not as long, I'd put it in the neighborhood of 7lbs +/-. Having held both fish I know mine was bigger, the vertical pic I used to have of it did it much more justice! In that pic I wasn't holding her out too far for the full effect, haha ;) Not to take away from my buddies fish though, it was a hawg regardless!
