Landowner tags

Can someone answer this question?

Can you legally party hunt with only a landowners tag on someone else’s property, as long as you don't use your own landowner tag?

It seems like a gray area to me, but the whole system is full of loopholes.

Thanks. That's what I thought, but I have heard of guys only having the landowner tags and still hunting on their buddies farm.

Yes I think that happens alot. But the law does not read like that. Someday it will catch up with them..

They are right Matt, thats a no-no. The landowner tag is only valid for hunting on the property which qualifies for the tag.
There was some attempts to tighten up the landowner loopholes last legislative session I believe, but somehow it didnt all make it to law. I am a landowner, but that system needs some changes.
